Michele Roe has 15+ years of experience leading diagnostic quality assurance and quality control in companies with GMP and ISO 13485 quality systems. As Director of Quality at NOWDiagnostics, Ms. Roe partners with organizational leadership and business groups to assure end-to-end quality and reliability from development through manufacturing, distribution, and end-customer use. She is responsible for driving the strategic direction for the quality program through implementation of policy and standards across NOWDiagnostics. Under her leadership, NOWDiagnostics maintains GMP and ISO 13485 compliance. Prior to this role, Ms. Roe served as Quality Control Scientist of ImmunoVision from 2006-2014. Ms. Roe received her Bachelor’s in Animal Science in 2002 and her Master’s in Cell & Molecular Biology in 2005. She maintains Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Quality Technician (CQT), Quality Process Analyst (CQPA), and Quality Auditor (CQA) certifications.
